I painted this during a time when my mind feldt heavy and my body fragile.

I imagined myself running freely through a field, breathing deeply, feeling the wind in my hair and remembering what freedom feels like.

This piece is not about escape.

It´s about listening to our mind and body and offering it gentelness.
